Personal Training

Come and train with me either 1:1 or 1:2 in my private gym! All abilities welcome. No need to worry about anyone else getting in the way of your workout or onlookers putting you off as no one else will be around! All sessions tailored to you, your abilities and your goals.

Online Coaching

My online coaching service provides a completely bespoke plan for you to follow using my app. It includes a tailored workout programme (whether that’s home or gym workouts, or a mixture of both), personalised nutrition plan, weekly check-ins and ongoing messaging support.

Hybrid Online & 1:1 Sessions

This is my most popular service, and is a combination of online coaching and 1:1 sessions in my private gym! I will create a complete plan for you to reach your goals, with workouts for you to complete in your own time, nutrition, check-ins and ongoing support, as well as delivering you a 1:1 session each week where I can really push you to your limits!

Customised Plans

Sometimes all you need is the instruction manual. Let me design you a 6, 8 or 12 week plan plan that will help you reach your goals.
