About me.

I found my passion for fitness during the first COVID lockdown in April 2020. I realised that I had let myself go and it was time to do something about it, and that was that. Being furloughed, I used my time as productively as I could to become a better version of myself. It might sound a little cheesy, but finding that love for fitness quite literally changed my life - I am a completely different person now both physically and mentally. My goal now is to help as many others as possible to achieve the same health, happiness and confidence that I have found through exercise. Whether you want to lose weight, improve overall fitness, build strength or just generally feel better about yourself, then I am here to help you!
